LMR Partners LLP is a hedge fund management firm based in London. LMR takes positions in a range of macro and micro factors through its flagship investment strategy, seeking to provide superior risk-adjusted returns to investors by exploiting short term market opportunities.

Investment Philosophy

The three cornerstones to our investment philosophy are liquidity, diversification and opportunistic capital allocation. LMR manages a global, highly liquid, trading and investment fund. The key to our edge is the opportunistic allocation of capital to and from our different strategies based on forward-looking views of risk and return. We believe global asset prices move through periods where they are driven predominantly by macroeconomic factors, and other times where asset specific events dominate. Our goal is to thrive in both of these environments by combining macro trading with systematic equity long/short.
